  • Please make adjustments to all appointments at least 48 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment time.

    Any changes made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will result in cancellation fees.

  • Please notify your stylist as soon as possible that you are running late.

    Please understand that if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment your services will need to be adjusted or rescheduled.

    Rescheduling due to being excessively late will result in a same day cancellation fee.

  • All pricing is based on an in person consultation. Pricing is typically narrowed to a range depending on the services required for the desired outcome.

    Price may vary depending on stylist.

  • We do not offer refunds of any kind. No exceptions.

  • We want you to make yourself at home in our home. We kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests to your appointment. This will promote a relaxing experience for you and all of our other guests. This includes friends, family, and children. *Children are welcome by appointment only.
